Our meat case is filled with high quality fresh cuts of meat, homemade sausages, kishka and kielbasa.  All of our beef products are 1855 Brand Premium Black Angus.  Only the top 10% of all choice cuts of meat make the cut to be certified under the 1855 brand and are aged a minimum of 14 days for maximum tenderness.  Ideal marbling, bright cherry red coloring and fine texturing is what you can expect from Ski’s beef selection.
